This notice explains what personal information Sentrava may handle, why we use it and the rights available to you.

Who is responsible for your information
Sentrava is responsible for the personal information described in this notice and acts as the data controller. This notice covers the Sentrava website, business enquiries and early discussions about security-robotics pilots.

02 · Information we use
What we may collect
- Enquiry information: your name, role, organisation, contact details and the content of messages you send to us.
- Site and pilot information: information you choose to share about a location, security requirement, patrol route or proposed deployment.
- Technical and security information: limited information such as IP address, browser or device type, request time and security events may be processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the website.
- Video interaction information: YouTube is not contacted until you choose to load the embedded video. Once loaded, Google may receive technical and usage information under its own privacy terms.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have specifically asked for it and explained why it is needed.

We do not use website information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal information.
05 · Retention
How long we keep information
General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry develops into a business relationship, relevant contractual and financial records may usually be kept for up to six years after that relationship ends, or longer where the law requires it. Technical security records are retained for the limited periods set by our service providers.
We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed, and we periodically review what we retain.

Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- ask for access to your personal information;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- ask us to erase or restrict the use of information;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive certain information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time where consent is the lawful basis.
